BREW - TEA & HAMMOCK TIPS
• Use 1 tsp per 8 oz water
• For the fullest flavor, simmer rather than steep
• Simmer in water for about 3 minutes
• Add about ¼ part milk and simmer another 2 minutes
• Milk helps soften the chili heat and brings out the spices
• Sweeten lightly with agave or honey to balance the heat
