Nutritional Benefits*

Preparation
For optimal flavor and properties when preparing Blue Chamomile follow these guidelines.
It is recommended to boil water (around 200-212ºF) and steep 1-2 tsp of tea for about 4 minutes per 10-12 oz teapot for the first brew, 5-7 for a second, etc. This method ensures that the flavors are fully extracted from all four ingredients resulting in a deliciously aromatic beverage. You can steep this blend more than once, but the deepest color comes from the first pot.
