Daybreak Loose Leaf Black Tea
FLAVOR PROFILE
Smooth and woodsy with subtle fruit notes and a bright, lingering finish.
BREW - TEA & HAMMOCK TIPS
To prepare Daybreak tea effectively:
Heat water to between 190°F. Steep 1 tsp tea per 8oz of water for 1-2 minutes, adjusting to taste. You can infuse the tea 2-4 times. Add milk of choice and sugar according to personal taste preferences.
ORIGIN
Daybreak brings together just the right combination of Nilgiri Blue from Southern India’s Blue Mountains and a raw pu-erh from Yunnan, China. Nilgiri’s smooth body and subtle woody, fruity notes meet the character of the smooth raw pu-erh in a simple, ‘unflavored’ blend. Daybreak sounds like an odd pairing of flavor but it’s quite pleasant and easy on the stomach compared to a more bold Assam or English Breakfast.
INGREDIENTS:
Blend of black and puerh tea leaves
