Nutritional Benefit
Puerh tea is known for its health benefits due to its high antioxidant content.
Preparation Instructions
It is recommended to use just under boiling water (around 195-205ºF) and steep for about 2-3 minutes using approximately 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz cup. This method allows for optimal extraction of flavors while ensuring that the tea does not become overly bitter. Because of the nature of the tea you may re-steep your tea several times (3-5) without losing the favor profile.
