Origin and Characteristics
Passionflower is a climbing vine native to the southeastern United States, Central America, and parts of South America. Recognized for its striking purple and white blossoms, passionflower has a long history of traditional use among Indigenous peoples and later in European herbal traditions.

The aerial parts of the plant—leaves, stems, and flowers—are harvested and dried to create a naturally caffeine-free herbal infusion with a gentle, earthy flavor and calming aroma.

To brew Passion Flower on its own heat water to 200-212°F degrees, steep 1 tsp tea per 8oz of water 5-10 minutes. Re-steep 2–3 times.

  1. Use 2 teaspoons per 8 oz water.
  2. Steep at 205°F for 8–10 minutes.
  3. Enjoy on its own or blend with chamomile and lavender for a peaceful nighttime cup.
